Introduction: J422 is a kind of carbon steel electrode with lime-titania type coating specially used for facial welding or low-alloy steel/low mechanical property requirement steel as 09Mn2. AC/DC. All-position welding. It has glossy and beautiful appearance of weld, excellent mechanical properties, stable arc, easy re-ignition, good fluidity and detachability of slag.

Applications: Applicable for welding the structures with high appearance requirements, such as ocean platforms, ships, vehicles, construction machinery, etc.
